Every Facebook Lead, Called in Under a Minute

You already paid for the lead. The expensive part is done by the time someone fills in your form. What happens next is where the money leaks — and it is almost never a strategy problem.

You already paid for the lead. The ad spend, the targeting, the creative — the expensive part is done by the time someone fills in your form.

What happens next is where the money leaks.

The form arrives at 7:40pm on a Friday. Your rep sees it Monday at 10am. By then the prospect has spoken to two competitors and picked one.

Vociply now connects directly to Meta Lead Ads. A form submission becomes a phone call in seconds — the instant lead callback feature, wired straight into Facebook.

What actually happens

Someone submits your Facebook or Instagram lead form. Meta notifies Vociply. Vociply fetches their answers, and an agent calls them — typically within 30 seconds, including dial time.

On our own first live test, the gap between the lead arriving and the phone ringing was four seconds.

The agent introduces itself, confirms interest, qualifies against criteria you set, books into your live calendar, and writes the outcome to your CRM. If the lead is worth a human, it transfers the call to one.

Speed is the whole product

Speed-to-lead is the most consistently proven variable in inbound conversion, and it is almost never a strategy problem. It is a staffing problem. It is the same reasoning behind AI outbound calling: the constraint was never the strategy, it was how many calls a person can make.

Nobody can answer every form submission within a minute, at 2am, on a public holiday, in three languages. That constraint is what this removes — not the judgement, the staffing.

Connecting it

Click Connect Facebook on the integrations page, approve, and choose your Page from the list. That is the whole flow.

Behind that click, three things happen that used to be manual: we exchange your token for a long-lived one, fetch the Page's own access token, and subscribe the Page to lead notifications.

That last step is invisible in Meta's own interface and is the single most common reason a correct-looking Lead Ads setup delivers nothing at all. We do it for you.

What we refuse to do

If you have more than one Page and the name you typed matches two of them, we stop and ask rather than guessing. Picking the wrong one would quietly route a campaign's leads to the wrong agent — the kind of failure you find out about a week later.

Same for a Page you do not have leads access on. We say so at the form, instead of handing you an empty lead feed with no explanation.

Someone who filled in and submitted a Meta lead form has consented to be contacted, and the form's own consent language is the record of that. Vociply reads it from the submission.

Calling windows still apply, in the lead's local timezone rather than yours. A lead arriving at midnight is held until morning rather than called immediately — the number one way an instant-callback setup turns into a complaint.

Make sure your form asks for a phone number

Obvious, and easy to miss. A lead form without a phone field produces leads that cannot be called. Vociply records those with the reason rather than silently dropping them, so you can see it happening — but it is better to fix the form.

Not on Facebook? The same callback works from any form that can send a webhook — see the integrations documentation, or start with the quickstart and pricing.
